Our Full Management & Rental Services

• Setting the rental prices (as agreed with the owner) and maintaining the rental tariff so that up to date pricing is always available for the clients.
• Dealing with the initial rental inquiry through to final confirmation on all bookings and lettings for the owner’s property.
• Property Inspection – twice per month as in our “Full Management package”
•  Promote your accommodation on our website 
• 24 hour emergency contact for your guests

Or you can just opt to use our additional services at your own leisure.

This service is for both clients wishing to use their premises as rentals and  the non-rental property owner who would like total peace of mind knowing that their Spanish investment is safe and cared for to a high standard in their absence. For this service we will carryout the following

• We will check the property twice per month, plus after a storm
• Key-holding
• Inform owner immediately of any problems arising at the property requiring urgent attention, and to arrange and carry out any maintenance  acting only on owner’s instructions.
• Inspect all the windows, doors and alarm (if present).
• Flush all toilets, run all taps and showers to clean any stagnant water and to eliminate any smell, leaving fresh water in the pipes.
• Check property for signs of damp or mould.
• Check property for any infestation both inside and out.
• Allow property to have a good airing.
• Ensure property is properly secured on completion of inspection.
• Arrange & meet engineers or any deliveries you may have scheduled.

If you are only requiring long term lets within your property we charge a one off finders fee of 1 months rent and then every month take a 10% administration fee from the total rental amount from the tenant.

This covers the collection of the rent from the tenants, deposit into owner bank account and any further problems that may arise with the property.
