We charge a finders fee of 1 months rent plus 10% ( a minimum of 50€) of the rental each month, theses charges include the setting up of the most recent contract here in Spain, covering all their rules on renting your property with the protection for you and your tenants, monthly transfers to your bank account, tax reports, changing of utility payments as well as being here for your tenants if a problem occurs.
